We’ve been moving at light speed over the last few months, and we’re thrilled to finally share the key updates, fresh features, and behind-the-scenes stories that have been keeping our team busy.

Chainguard New Zealand Launch
We recently celebrated the successful New Zealand launch of Chainguard, in exclusive partnership with Catch Software. During an executive roundtable lunch, industry leaders explored a fundamental shift in software supply chain security: moving away from the “patch-and-pray” cycle toward a secure-by-design approach. By using hardened libraries and trusted artifacts, local enterprises are now eliminating vulnerabilities at the source, allowing dev teams to innovate at speed without the constant noise of reactive security scanning.
The event highlighted how proactive CVE resolution translates directly into significant cost savings and reduced organizational risk. To help you bring this level of confidence to your own builds, we’re offering a Chainguard CVE Personalized Assessment Report. This analysis provides a deep dive into your container and dependency layers, offering a practical roadmap to reduce your vulnerability exposure.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Catch Software has achieved the Atlassian Software Development Specialization – and we’re the first Atlassian Partner across Australia and New Zealand to do it!
This isn’t just a badge – it’s proof of our team’s passion for helping organisations accelerate delivery, improve collaboration, and build software with confidence. A massive THANK YOU to our amazing clients and Atlassian for the continued partnership.

Catch Gives Back with Kindness Collective
Giving back to the community is something we truly value at Catch Software. A big thank you to our amazing volunteer team who spent yesterday morning volunteering with the Kindness Collective Foundation. Together they packed 72 food boxes for families in need.
Kindness Collective Foundation does incredible work across New Zealand, partnering with Police, schools, and social services to provide food, warm clothing, pyjamas, and toiletries to those who need a helping hand.
We’re proud to support such an impactful organisation and are already looking forward to getting involved in the PJ Collective Pyjama Drive later this year to help keep kids warm through winter.
If you’d like to learn more about the amazing work they do, check them out: Kindness Collective
