Course description: Server

As a new Jira Server Administrator for Jira Software, Jira Core and/or Jira Service Desk, you will get hands-on experience learning to set up a new Jira instance and performing administration tasks common to all three of these Jira applications. This course is a solid introduction to Jira Administration that relies on a variety of business use cases to assist you in understanding best practices for each topic.

As a new Jira Cloud administrator who administers Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and/or Jira Core, you will learn how to set up a new Atlassian cloud site and Jira Cloud products. Get a solid introduction with hands-on experience performing both site and Jira administration. Site user management and product access as well as the areas of Jira administration outlined below. You configure both classic and next-gen projects. Learn by making use of a variety of business use cases to assist you in understanding best practices for site and Jira administration.

After this course, you will be able to:
